Who Are We?
Our commercial journey, which began half a century ago with scrap steel trading by our founder, Fahrettin Dilek, continues today as Hursan Stainless Steel Processing. Each year, our company takes a step forward, and in 1992, we introduced a new perspective to the sector as Turkey’s first exporter of stainless steel scrap. With the dominance of our managers in the industry and market, we continue our operations as a pioneer in the sector.
At Hursan Stainless Steel Processing, we have adopted teamwork as a principle. As a result of systematic teamwork, we prepare up to 1,000 tons of products daily, 90% of which are ready for export.
Our core values include delivering high-quality service and building strong relationships. We take pride in still working with the companies we started with, and we expand our customer and supplier network every day.
Recycling and Sustainability
By recycling stainless steel scrap that has reached the end of its life-cycle, we add value to the world. We collect various materials for recycling in our warehouse with the logistical support we provide. The products that arrive at our warehouse in Istanbul undergo necessary inspections and analyses before being meticulously sorted. For a sustainable world, we prepare and deliver the product in the way our customers request. We carry out deliveries by sea, road, and rail.

By following technological developments and upgrading our equipment and laboratory, we work as a team to bring products free from radioactive and external materials into production. The result of our teamwork is satisfied customers with our service and suppliers who take pride in working with us.

OUR HISTORY
WHAT HAVE WE ACHIEVED SO FAR?
Our group of companies’ founder, Fahrettin Dilek, entered the industry by starting scrap trading.
The first company was established under the name Hursan Scrap Trading and Industry Inc.
Hursan Stainless began exclusively trading stainless steel and became a pioneer in the industry as Turkey’s first exporting company.
Hursan Stainless made its first import and started working with international suppliers in addition to local ones.
The first step toward becoming a group of companies was taken by acquiring Anadolu Casting Industry Inc., a company established in 1968 and primarily serving the defense industry.
Anadolu Casting Industry Inc. took a pioneering step in the casting sector with horizontal centrifugal casting.
With a change in its trade name, the company continued its activities as Hursan Stainless Steel Recycling Facilities Trading and Industry Inc.
Anadolu Casting Industry Inc. expanded its product range with vertical centrifugal casting.
Hursan Logistics was established as Turkey’s first “dryport,” a temporary storage area without a quay, at Ambarlı Port, operating on a 16,500 m² area with 5,800 m² of covered and 10,700 m² of open space for customs-bonded temporary storage activities.
Anadolu Processing was established under Anadolu Casting, expanding services with a processing workshop in addition to the foundry.
Anadolu Casting Industry Inc. transitioned to more environmentally friendly production by creating a thermal reclamation machine that renews casting sand, increasing sustainability.
Hursan Logistics expanded its service range by offering export warehousing.
Present Day: Hursan Stainless Steel Processing continues to develop its services by keeping up with industrial developments and market demands.
